				| I have had fuel problems lately and traced it to the fuel pump vapor locking so I rebuilt the fuel pump. In the process I managed to get some crap in the fuel line which went into the carb and choked everything up. I figured I would just rebuild the old 28 PICT again and be done with it. Well somehow it dawned on me that I had been running the 28 on a 1500 for years and always planned to upgrade. Ran out to Lighthouse and bought a new h30/31 PICT and installed it. The difference in power is unbelievable! Now that the old girl is getting enough fuel. I am still fiddling with the adjustments but I am having a little trouble figuring out the proper procedure for starting now that I have a functioning choke. Hit the pedal once to set it? _________________

				| When cold, push all the way to the floor and then take your foot off. When warm, but setting for more than 5-10 minutes, hold 1/2 way and turn over. Warm and just restarting no sitting, should need no pedal. _________________
