I need to cut off an old frame head and weld a new one on. Any suggestions or tips? I am asumming that this portion of the vehicle needs to be welded to exact specs to prevent "issues"...What kind of weld is the best for this application?

Thank you for any help~

You need to have the chassis on a flat level suface first . Measure the old head to known spots for reference (I think the Bentley has theese as well), tack the new head in place , check for square and level , finish welding (I suggest wire feed /MIG)
