So we will stay with June 7th. I will go up early and make sure we have spots reserved. I am thinking we will end up at the BBQ area by the disc golf,or we will be down by the swimming hole. That park is huge so I am not going to worry about it. I will makle sure there are two gas grills for cooking. Please bring your own cooler of food and drinks, plus something you can share as part of the pot luck.
The link below is for show flyer:

I am going to host a GTG that I am calling farfegnugen at farragut
It will be held at the day use area of the park over looking the lake. The date I am going to have this will be Sunday June 7. This will be bring your own meat and potatoes pot luck. I will make sure that there is a place to cook. We will start the cruise to the park at super one in Hayden. The caravan will leave at 2:30ish. We will cruise up to the ranger station and get our day use passes and cruise down south road to the day area. There is volley ball and horse shoe pits with lots of grass. I will try to make sure that the covered area is reserved for us. There will be awards for the farthest cruiser, lowest, most stock and most mod + the cooks choice award. If you don't want to cruise plan on food at 4:30 ish and awards say around 6. This is going to take the place of my spring cruise that I hosted last year. I will ask that everyone come even if your car is broken. Drive the mini van, truck or ride your scooter. I am posting this on many other sites so come one come all. Any questions please call John 208-964-1615

If some of you could hook up and start a first leg of the cruise say at Liberty Lake that would rock. Leave LLake at 2pm and meet us in Hayden at 2:25 we would leave then from Hayden at 2:35 or something like that.

Can someone link this to the bmw guys site or send me there site address.
This is John Vick hosting a GTG , not necessarily a rcvwclub aproved GTG, but it wold be nice if you do.

Maybe I'll try and cram the family into the Bug and join you! I live near the park, but it would be more fun to drive down to Hayden just to drive back up in a VW caravan! I'll check with the wife to see if she's already got us booked or not.

What a coincidence, The wife reserved some campsites at Farragut that next
week.

Might have to make the run for an early reconnoiter, and to see if our pair
of mini-bikes will be allowed.

I won't have the great pumpkin orange SB running that soon, but it sounds
like a hoot...

Geez!

What the hell am I thinking? The reason the wife reserved those sites is
for folks from out of town visiting for my son's graduation on Sunday!

Embarassed

I knew there was a reason for it...

I really wanted to change the date to get away from drill weekend but the next three are just as bad. CAR D Alane , Leavenworth, then Bugfair. We will be up there until at least 6 if not 7 or 8. So come out if you can.
