Can you remove a window the same way you can install a window with string or ????
I know you can just cut them out. But, I have the windows in new rubber and would like to keep them if I could.

I don't know about string. I've always used a screw driver I sand all the sharp edges off and slowly work my way around the seal.

out, you can use small picks, and slowly work one edge off, while pushing out. once you get the second edge, it will start to pop out.

Thanks for the information. I want to get the windows out so I can finish getting the shell ready to paint.

Thanks for the tips! I was able to get the windows out and saved the rubber. I started working the gasket in middle of the top of the window. Worked my way around the edge until I was at the bottem and out popped the window. Thanks again!
Now I just have to figure out how to get them back in.

Getting them in is easier than getting them out! I've got to do my front and rear windshields at some point, I'll help your if you help me!

No problem. Let me know when you want them out. It does take very long to extract them.
